Homemade Macaroni And Cheese

Instructions

1. Cook and drain macaroni.
2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan melt the margarine. Stir in flour, mustard and salt. Add milk. Stir constantly until thick. 3. Add 1 1/2 cup cheese and stir until melted.
4. Pour macaroni into cheese sauce. Stir until well coated. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs, if desired.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
