How Steam Broccoli With Lemon

Instructions
Put the water into the steamer and bring to a boil.
Add broccoli to the steamer and cover. Cook for 2-3 minutes, moving the broccoli around to make sure it steams evenly.
Check after two minutes for bright green color. Once bright green, remove the broccoli, shaking any excess water into the steamer. Put the broccoli into your serving dish.
Squeeze half a lemon over the broccoli, cupping your hand beneath the lemon to catch any seeds. Add more lemon for a bigger lemon taste.
