Get the squash flowers and clean them properly.
Combine the cheese and basil for stuffings. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Take a pan and put some olive oil. Heat the oil.
Stuff the flowers with cheese and basil mixture.
Take an egg and beat it in a bowl.
Coat the stuffed flowers with the beaten egg and roll it in the flour.
Put the coated flowers into the heated oil and fry them until they become golden brown.
Take them out and serve with some sauce.
