How To Make Wilted Arugula With Onions

Heat the skillet over low to medium heat. Coat the bottom of the pan with the oil by tilting the skillet.
Add the onions to the skillet. Cook the onions until they are soft and nearly translucent, but do not brown.
Stir in the arugula and toss to coat using the wooden spoons or salad tongs.
Allow the arugula to wilt while tossing frequently. Cook until the arugula wilts down significantly.
Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the arugula and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving plate, then serve
