Instructions

Cut the corn kernels off the cob and place in a skillet along with onion and a little coconut oil. Saute until the onions are almost caramelized.

Combine veggies with Miracle Whip, sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, crab meat, Old Bay, salt and pepper. Mix well. Place mixture in a baking dish and cover with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve hot.
