Instructions
Using a steam pot, bring water to a rolling boil and add 4 sliced lemons to the water. Cut remaining lemon in half and squeeze it over trout steaks. Place the trout steaks in steamer and cook for 10 minutes. Once the trout is cooked, sprinkle with lemon pepper and serve with a side of steamed vegetables.
For Steamed Vegetables:
Cut vegetables into small pieces and add to steamer. Let cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until soft.
