Kale With Feta And Tomato

Instructions

1. Add olive oil to pan on medium heat. Add kale stems and cook for three to five minutes until soft and brown.

2. Add kale, being careful to avoid any spattering oil. Cook for three minutes until kale starts to wilt.

3. Add cherry tomatoes. The acidity will mix well with the bitterness of the kale. Sauté until tomatoes have softened. Remove pan from heat and plate kale and tomatoes.

4. Top kale with feta cheese and salt and pepper to taste
