Instructions

Step 1
Soak the bulgur in water for 15- 30 minutes - rule of thumb when using bulgur in cooking, the ratio of bulgur to water is 1:1
Step 2
Add the meat to the bulgur and mix well with the spices
Step 3
In the food processer add the mix of bulgur and meat and grind well, add the onions to the mix too. This way you will form the Kebbeh dough, that you can use to form the kebbeh rolls stuffed with cooked ground meat and then you fry
