Lamb Loin With Parsley Sauce
Instructions
Coat lamb with garlic, oil, oregano and salt and pepper. Let sit
at room temp for 1/2 hour. Preheat oven to 425 F, sear lamb in a hot cast
iron skillet with a little olive oil and a sprig of rosemary for about 2 mins
per side and
roast in oven for 35-40 mins.
