Instructions
Create golf ball size portions and dip into sugar
Place on greased cookie sheet and press with flat surface
Bake for 14 minutes at 350 degrees
Remove and transfer to wire rack after about 5 minutes

3 cups sugar 1/2 cup for dipping
3/4 cups butter softened
3/4 cups vegetable shortening
3/4 cups light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla

2 lemons & 2 limes to make juice and zest
1/4 cup fresh lemon and lime juice
zest from two lemons and two limes finely minced
