Macaroni Salad Recipe
Instructions
1. Cook, drain, and cool an 8 oz. package of macaroni.
2. Add 1 teaspoon salt to the water while it is cooking, if desired. In a large bowl, combine 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon prepared mustard, 2 teaspoons sugar, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and a dash of black pepper. Stir until completely blended.
3. Add cooked and cooled macaroni, 1 1/2 cups chopped celery, 1/2 cup sliced green onions, 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, and 2 tablespoons diced pimiento.
4. Fold the macaroni and vegetables into the sauce, until completely combined.
5. Pour your macaroni salad into a nice serving dish.
6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
