Mango Pickle

Instructions

1. Slice the mango into small cubes and keep it a side.
2. Take a bowl add Red chili powder, mustard powder, fenugreek powder, garlic mashed, turmeric powder
mix this well and keep it a side.
3. Take pan heat oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies, hing, garlic once it is done switch off the
flame and add curry leaves keep this temepring a side till it cool down.
4. Now take spices mixture add temepring into it and mix it well,
5. Add cut mango cubes into it and mix it well again. Keep this mixture for 24hrs a side.
