Instructions
1) In the bowl of an electric standing mixer, whisk together the lime juice, orange liquor, tequila, and the orange and lime zest, just to combine ingredients together.
2) Add heavy cream and whisk on high speed for about 2 minutes or until the heavy cream mixture forms soft peeks.
3) Place in an air tight container and freeze for 8 hours.
To serve, scoop into margarita glasses and sprinkle with lime zest and place a lime slice to the side of the glass so that it not only taste like a margarita but it looks like a margarita!
