Beef with English mustard, with crispy potatoes and asparagus served with a cauliflower puree and honey glazed carrots.
Ingredients: serves 2
2 Beef steaks
1 large potato
8 spears of asparagus
1/2 cauliflower
2 carrots
1/4 cup honey
3 TBLS English mustard
salt, pepper to season
paprika to season potatoes
