Instructions
1. Wash mint. Sprinkle a little sugar over the mint and chop finely.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Serve with roast lamb. If liked it can be; served with cold ham or bacon.

Chopped 2 tbsp.
mint (1 bunch raw mint)
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Water 1 tbsp. (if liked)
