Mochi Sweet Rice Cake
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except the red bean paste and corn starch in a large bowl.
- Mix well.
- Microwave for 3 minutes with cover on. Stir once and cook for another 4 minutes.
- While cooking in the microwave make red bean paste into 12 small pieces.
- When the dough is ready, put some corn starch on your hand and a small amount of dough. Put red bean ball in the middle and seal.
