Instructions
In a bowl, mix together all wet ingredients plus 1 cup of sugar and set aside. Take care to stir in the molasses at the end. In a different mixing bowl add all dry ingredients and mix together with a whisk. At this point combine the dry to the wet and mix thoroughly. Place in cooler for 1 hour. After cool roll into walnut sized balls and roll in sugar. Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and sprayed with non-stick spray and bake at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Let cool completely and enjoy!
