Mushroom Escargots
Instructions
1. Simmer escargot in white wine for 30 seconds.
2. Drain and set aside.
3. Divide Panchetta among mushroom caps.
4. Top with escargot.
5. Combine remaining ingredients.
6. Cover each escargot with mixture.
7. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes.
8. Serve with French bread slices.
