Instructions

First, make checker patterns on both sides of a konnyaku. Cut konnyaku into triangles and boil briefly.

Peel the daikon and cut into half moon shape. Make triangle patterns on the daikon and microwave until a bamboo skewer can easily goes through the daikon.

Cut the potato and the deep fried tofu in half. Cut the sliced pork into 1 inch slices.

Slice the Welsh onion diagonally. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Cut the rice cake into 4 pieces. Cut the fried tofu cake and fish cake in half. Boil the deep fried tofu, rice cake, and fish cakes so they can easily soak up the broth.

Cook the green vegetables in boiling water. Roll them, cut, and stick bamboo skewers through the rolled vegetables.

Boil all the ingredients in the soup.
