Omelet
Instructions
1. Beat eggs in a bowl with a whisk; add dill weed, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
2. Heat a large skillet over a medium-low flame; or make individual omelets in an omelet pan (the preferred method, but not everyone owns an omelet pan). Spray with nonstick cooking oil.
3. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes then add the mushrooms. Adding salt to mushrooms before they brown draws out moisture, so add it after they've cooked. Add the butter and spread it around the pan as it melts for 2 minutes.
4. Add pinch of salt, black pepper, tomato and imitation crab meat. Stir well.
5. Transfer to another dish and add the cheese
6. In the used pan, add the egg mixture and tilt the pan slightly in all directions to spread the egg around evenly.
7. In the center put the mixed ingredients and fold over.
8. Transfer to serving plate. Add chopped tomatoes as garnish.
