One Spanish Rice With Pork

Instructions

1. Heat a pan and add oil to it. Put pork into it, some garlic cloves, onion.
2. Saute it for 5 minutes on medium heat until pork is pink.
3. Add a pinch of oregano, cumin, dry flakes of chili pepper, Spanish paprika, corainder seeds and saffron.
4. Now add rice and chicken broth. Add tomato.
5. Stir, cover and let it cook for 20 minutes on low temperature. Fluff with fork and serve.
