Oven Cooked Green Tea Rice

Instructions

1. Bring the water to a boil, add tea bags and steep for 10 minutes.
2. In a 1 quart casserole dish, combine green tea and butter; stir until butter melts. Stir in rice and salt.
3. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving.
