Pasta Salad
Instructions
1. Cook 8 oz. fusilli pasta according to package directions.
2. Drain and set aside, until you are ready to assemble your salad.
3.  In a large bowl, place cooked fusilli,  along with 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup diced zucchini,  sliced purple onion,  cup frozen green peas (thawed),1 cup halved grape tomatoes, and 1 cup sliced ripe olives.
4.  Add  cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1 cup ranch dressing.
5.  Mix gently until all salad ingredients are coated with dressing.
6.  Cover with plastic wrap, and chill until ready to serve.
