Paya Soup
Instructions
Pressure cook, the paya with onion, 3 Gs paste, 1tbsp oil n 1 cup water till 3 whistle, than cook on medium heat for another 20 mins. In another pan heat the remaining oil, add all whole spices n crackle for a minute, add garlic n saut till crimson in color. To it add wheat flour n saut till light pink, now add mint n curry leaves, saut for a second, add litre water n cook paya with stock, if, thick add a little more water n cook for 15 mins. Finally add milk n cook for another 2 mins. Its ready to serve. Serve it with kheema khichdi or with any other pulaos or by itself.
