Peanut Butter And Jam Granola

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a fairly large microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and water. Heat for about 30 seconds until the peanut butter is partially liquefied. Stir in cinnamon, salt, oats and 2 Tablespoons of the flour.

Spread this mixture over a parchment-lined large baking sheet. Sprinkle remaining 2 Tablespoons of flour over the ingredients in the pan. Toss gently with your hands.

Place small dots of jam in random, semi-even areas over the granola. Toss gently. Spread mixture evenly over the baking pan.

Bake for 10 minutes. Stir. Bake 10 more minutes or until golden brown.

Allow granola to cool before storing in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
