Instructions

Combine flour baking soda baking powder and salt. Set aside
In mixer cream together sugar and butter. Add vanilla, eggs and milk. Add the flour mixture then cocoa powder. Pour into jumbo 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes and transfer to wire rack to cool. Mix ingredients for frosting, spread on frosting and top with Reece's peanut butter chips.

2 - 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

6 tablespoons butter, softened
1 - 3/4 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 oz. evaporated milk

Frosting:
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup heavy cream
