Perfect Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe - Chinese Food

Rice:
Prepare 1 -1/3 cups in 2 cups water (see my rice video)
Stir fry a dozen 21/25 shrimp until about 3/4 done and remove
Scramble 2 eggs, add to oil cook until 3/4 done
Add rice and scrape eggs off bottom of wok
Soy sauce to taste
Sesame oil and green pepper
