Pork Ball Soup
Instructions
Preparation
Mix the ground pork with pepper and 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Form the ground pork into 1 inch balls
Chop the carrot into small pieces
Chop the celery into small pieces
Chop the mushrooms
Chop the green onions
Cooking
Turn on the stove to high heat.
Add water and bullion cube into the pot.
When the water boils add pork balls. Let cook for 2 minutes.
Then add carrots, celery and mushrooms. Let cook for 2 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium then add cabbage and bean sprouts.
Let simmer for 1 minute.
Add the remaining soy sauce and green onion.
