Pork Kimchie And Egg Anju

Instructions

In a heated pan, add oil and the pork fat pieces. Stir in the pork and cook until brown. Remove and discard the pork fat pieces.
Stir in the kimchi and cook for a while. Add the kimchi juice, soba dipping sauce and blend well.
In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs and spread evenly into the pan. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and green onion. Drizzle over the sesame oil.
Cook until the eggs are set well.
