Pork Tenderloin Sandwich
Instructions
1. Place the butterfly shaped pork between a plastic wrap.
2. With the back of a knife, pound the meat and flatten it.
3. In a bowl, combine egg, milk, flour, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, and pepper. Mix them well.
4. Add flattened pork to the mixture.
5. Cover/chill/marinade for 4 hours.
6. In a plate, put bread crumbs.
7. Coat both sides of your pork with it.
8. Cover/chill for 10 minutes.
9. Medium-high heat the skillet.
10. Add canola oil to the skillet.
11. Add pork, deep fry for 3-4 minutes.
12. Drain on a paper.
13. In a plate, put a slice of bun.
14. Add fried pork, mustard sauce, leaf lettuce, onion, tomato, and mayonnaise to the bun.
15. Make the sandwich by putting another bun slice on top.
