Pork With Parmesan
Instructions
Place sliced potatoes in bottom of baking dish. Add water to bottom of pan, partially covering potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over the potatoes. Remove excess fat from pork chops and place pork chops on top of potatoes. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over pork chops. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn pork chops over; add remaining cheese and bake until pork chops are golden brown. Keep potatoes partially covered with water while cooking. Do not salt pork chops.
