Poulet A La Franaise
Instructions
1. Flatten the chicken breast.
2. In a small bowl, add egg and white wine. Mix it well.
3. Another bowl add flour, backing powder, black pepper and parsley. Mix it well.
4. Coat chicken with the flour and then dip it to the egg mixture
5. Medium heat a pan and add canola oil.
6. Fry the chicken in the pan for 5minutes each side
7. Transfer to a different pan with butter and add flour, chicken broth, half juice of lime or lemon, dry white wine and parsley
8. Stir it for 5 minutes. Serve.
