Pulled Pork Sandwich With Cider Vinegar Bbq Sauce

Instructions

1. Rinse and pat dry roast
2. Coat both sides with rub ingredients
3. Place in roasting pan fat site up, cover with foil and bake for 14 hours at 225 degrees
4. Remove and let cool for one hour
5. Remove au jus (drippings) and refrigerate
6. Heat ingredients for sauce until sugar is melted
7. Pull apart pork and place in crock pot
8. Remove fat from au jus and pour onto shredded pork
9. Mix in sauce and cook on low until hot
10. Serve on a hamburger bun with hot sauce (optional)
