Quick And Easy Portable Hummus Lunch
Instructions
1. With motor running, drop garlic clove through feed tube of food processor and process until minced.
2. Add garbanzo beans; process until finely chopped.
3. Add kefir, lemon juice, olive and sesame oils and salt; process until fairly smooth and thick.
4. Transfer to four small containers; chill until serving time.
5. Pack each lunch with hummus, 4 baby carrots, 4 celery sticks, 1 mozzarella stick and 4 pita chips.
