Red, White And Blue Parfait

Instructions

Yields: 10 to 12 servings

Ingredients:
1 pkg. Blue gelatin
1 pkg. Red gelatin
4 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
1 container whipped topping, thawed
4 cups Angel food cake, cubed
2 cups strawberries, sliced
cup blueberries


Preparation Directions:
~ Dissolve blue gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water, when completely dissolved add 1 cup cold water. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan and chill until firm. Repeat with red gelatin, pour into separate 13 x 9-inch pan. When firm cut each gelatin into -inch cubes.
~ Place blue gelatin cubes in the bottom of a clear glass trifle bowl, top with 1/3 of the whipped topping, strawberries and cake cubes. Top with another 1/3 of the whipped topping. Add red gelatin cubes and the remaining whipped topping.
~ Sprinkle with blueberries and chill until ready to serve.
