Rice Salad
Instructions
First of all, bring a pot with salted water to a boil and add the rice (1). While the water is boiling and the rice is cooking, prepare all the ingredients you'll need to dress the rice salad. Cut the hot dogs (2) and the pickled gherkins (3) into circles.
Dice the peppers (4) and the tomatoes (5). Then dice also the gruyere cheese (6). Pour all the chopped ingredients into a bowl and then add the rice.
Cut the pitted olives into circles (7) and chop finely the chives (8). Then pour the frozen peas into the pot where the rice is cooking (9).
Once all the ingredients are ready, pour everything into a quite large bowl (10-11), add the rice and the peas (12),
the tuna (13) and finally the chives (14). Stir everything well (15), cover with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour so that it cools down and the flavours blend well.
