Ridgegourd And Fenugreek Leaves
Instructions
1.Wash fenugreek leaves, cut finely and set aside.
2.Remove skin of ridge gourd and cut into pieces.
3. Cut onion, green chilli finely.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
5. Add mustard, cumin, black gram dal and when mustard splutters, add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
6. Add onion, curry leaves, green chilli, turmeric powder, salt and fry for a few minutes.
7. Add fenugreek, ridge gourd, coriander powder, salt, mix well and cook.
8. When the ridge gourd is cooked, remove the pan from the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
