Roast Turkey With Butternut Squash

Instructions

1) Roast squash at 375 deg F for 25 minutes.
2) Dice the turnips.
3) Sear the turkey tenderloins on high heat. Season with thyme and sage, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven.
4) Add the turnips to the butternut squash pan and add more oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 15 more minutes.
5) Pour the stock into pan and let it simmer. Add dissolved flour to thicken the gravy. Add the dried cranberries when it simmers. Season with salt and pepper.
6) Slice turkey in an angle.
7) Scoop the butternut squash into a plate. Add the turnips on the plate. Serve the slices of turkey and top with gravy.
