Samboosak B'jibin
Instructions
For the dough:
Mix 5 teaspoons of (dry or wet) yeast in a cup of hot water. Add 1tsp of salt and stir it.Add 5 cups of flour, add 1/4 cup of butter, 1/4 cup margarine, 1/4 cup canola oil, knead it with your hands. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes.
For the cheese:
Mix 1.4 kilo of hard French Cheese with 1/5 kilo of grated cheddar cheese. Add 1 egg, mix it well.
Combine the dough and cheese:
Get a part of the dough, flatten it then put cheese in the center, fold it. Apply eggwash as finishing. Then
put it inside the oven until it's golden brown.
