Sandwich Bread

Instructions

1. Mix the dry ingredients (except flour only 2 cups) in a big bowl.
2. Pour the milk in a saucepan and add 3 tbs of butter and heat till warm but not hot.
3. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well, then continue adding the flour till a soft dough is made. It should not be too sticky.
4. Then transfer the dough to a clean floured surface and knead for 10 mins., then form it into a ball, lightly oil it and put it inside the bowl again, cover and let rise for 1 hour.
5. If the volume doubles, punch it down to let all the air our, divide it in two equal parts, cover it again and rest for 15 mins.
6.Butter 2'9 by 5' loaf pans, roll out the dough to a rectangular 8 by 12, roll the dough towards the inside and put it inside the pan smooth side up.
7. Let it cool for 5 mins. in the pan then transfer to a cooling rack. To store let cool completely and put inside zip lock or plastic bag and store in fridge for up to 10 days.
