Instructions

1. Coconut half old, peeled, washed, drained and grated lengthwise.
2. Roasted grated coconut until golden brown colored, remove from heat.
3. Saute the blended ingredients until fragrant, put beef, bay leaves, lime leaves, ginger and galangal, and cook until meat changes color, enter the water and tamarind water. Cook until the meat cooked and dry. Add toasted coconut, stir together seasoning, remove from heat.
