Snow Crab Legs
Instructions
1. Fill a large 8-12 quart stock pot with water. Leave 5 inches or so from the top to allow for adding ingredients.
2. Bring water to rolling boil.
3. Add in all the seasonings.
4. Add the Snow Crab Legs. Bring back to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes.
5. Turn off the heat. Let sit to soak up the seasoning for about 10 minutes.
