Spicy Jumbo Scallops & Shrimp With A Green Curry Sauce

Instructions

1. Heat a pan to medium-high heat and stir fry the scallops for about 3-5 minutes
2. While the scallops are cooking, slice 1/2 of an avocado into thin slices and place on a plate.
3. Once the scallops are cooked, place on plate with avocado and begin to stir-fry the onions.
4. Cook the onions for about 1 minute and then add the massaman curry sauce
5. Cook the massaman curry sauce and onions together for about two minutes
6. At this point the sauce should be at serving temperature. Pour sauce with onions over the scallops.
