Spinach In Light Coconut Milk

Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a large saut pan over medium heat, then add the garlic and onions and saut just until the onions become translucent.
2.Add spinach and saut until spinach starts to wilt, then add the coconut milk and seasonings. Mix the ingredients..
3.Saut the seasoned spinach until cook , then transfer to a warm serving dish and garnish with fresh coconut shavings.
