Steamed Snow Peas Recipe
Instructions
1. Wash snow peas and dry them with paper toweling.
2. Use a knife to remove the ends and any strings along the sides.
3. Place the snow peas in a steamer (a container with holes in the bottom to allow steam to permeate the peas). 4. Place the steamer on top of a pot that has water that does not touch the steamer when it boils.
5. Bring the water to a boil, and allow the steam to pass through the peas.
6. When the peas turn a bright green color, they are ready to remove to a nice serving plate.
