Stir Fried Prawns With Curry Powder And Eggs
Instructions
I Stir fry
1. Place a wok on a medium heat.
2. Add oil.
3. Add ginger, garlic, black pepper paste, 1 TBS curry powderand onions.
4. Add prawns.
5. Add water as needed.
6. Stir fry until onions are soft and prawns are done.
7. Add egg and milk mixture.
8. Mix well, and gently scramble the eggs.
9. Add spring onions and red chilies and fry for another last 30 seconds.
II Finish the dish
1. Place the scramble eggs on a serving plate.
2. Place the prawns.
3. Garnish with red chilies and spring onions.
4. Drizzle roasted chili oil.
