Strawberry Sugar Free Pie

Instructions
Yields: 8 servings
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Sugar Free Cook and Serve vanilla pudding mix
1 pkg. sugar free strawberry gelatin
2 cups water
3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Preparation Directions:
~ Add 2 cups of water to pudding mix and cook according to pkg. instructions. Add strawberry gelatin and mix well. Set aside to cool slightly.
~ In a 9-inch pie plate, place sliced strawberries. Pour pudding mix over top and refrigerate until set.
~ Serve with strawberry garnish.
