1. Pre-heat oven to 250'F
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream,sugar. Add egg, oil and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
3. Shape into 1-in. balls. Roll in sugar. Place on greased baking sheet; flatten with a glass.
4. Add in Halloween sprinkles. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
