Sweet Rice Cake With Red Bean Paste
Instructions
1) Mix sweet rice flour, sugar, and salt.
2) Slowly add water.
3) Cover with plastic wrap.
4) Cook in microwave for 3 minutes then take out and stir again for at least 3 minutes.
5) Mold balls of red bean paste.
6) Sprinkle cornstarch on a board.
7) Roll dough into a 16-inch loaf and cut into 8 2-inch pieces.
8) Flatten a piece of dough, put bean paste in the center, then wrap with the dough. Roll out smooth and cover with more cornstarch.
