Instructions

1. Heat a pan to medium high heat and add just a little cooking oil
2. cook the shrimp until they are about 75% cooked
3. add the fresh, chopped green/red peppers and begin to stir fry with the shrimp
4. next, turn your heat down to medium and add 1 cup of CurrySimple red curry sauce
5. add the peanut butter when the sauce is warm
6. mix all the ingredients together for just about a minute
7. serve over plenty of jasmine or healthy brown rice
